Last updated: October 26, 2026. This notice explains how Cody Askins LLC (“we”, “us”) collects and uses information on agencyperformancesystem.com (the “Site”).
Who this covers
- Members and managers who buy or use the Agency Performance System.
- Candidates who complete a Producer Readiness Assessment sent to them by an insurance agency.
- Visitors to the Site.
What we collect
- Account information: name, email address, password (stored hashed), plan, and team membership.
- Activity and results: lesson progress, quiz scores, Daily Focus answers, goals, streaks, and assessment answers and results (CODE, Leadership).
- Payment information: handled by our payment processor, Stripe, through SureCart. We do not store full card numbers.
- Candidate information (Producer Readiness Assessment): first and last name, email, optional phone number, where you expect to sell, previous insurance sales experience, self-reported license status, your answers to the assessment questions, and the time you acknowledged this notice. We do not ask for date of birth, Social Security number, home address, medical information, license numbers, or protected-class information.
- Technical information: IP address, browser type, and basic usage data, used for security and abuse prevention.
How we use it
- To provide the training, assessments, reporting, and coaching you signed up for.
- To let managers see their team’s progress and results. If you are on a team, your manager can see your lesson progress, quiz answers, Daily Focus answers, and assessment results.
- To send account, assignment, reminder, and weekly report emails.
- To process payments and prevent fraud and abuse.
- To improve the product. We do not sell your personal information.
Candidates: who sees your answers
Your Producer Readiness answers are shared with the insurance agency that sent you the link, and with authorized APS support staff who maintain the service. The assessment organizes your responses to support a human recruiting decision. It does not make an automatic decision about you, and it is not a license or compliance check. You will not see a score. Completing it does not guarantee an offer or appointment. Giving your information for recruiting is not consent to marketing.
Who else receives information
Service providers that help us run the Site, including hosting (Flywheel), payments (Stripe and SureCart), email delivery (Google Workspace), and live sessions (Zoom). They may use information only to provide services to us.
How long we keep it
We keep account information while your account is active. Candidate records are kept for 12 months after completion unless the agency deletes them sooner or the law requires otherwise. Ask us to delete your information at any time (see below).
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete your information, or to export it. Candidates may also contact the agency that sent the assessment. Email support@codyaskins.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state’s privacy laws; contact us to use them.
Security
We use encrypted connections and access controls, and we limit access to authorized users. No system is perfectly secure.
Children
The Site is not directed to anyone under 18.
Changes
We will post updates here with a new date.
